ZorkFest: Join Me at a Fun Travel & Casino Meet Up in Atlantic City!

As a Jersey girl, one of my guilty pleasures is going to Atlantic City for a night out from time to time. With that being said, I’m excited to announce a fun event in AC that I’ll soon be part of that I’d love for you to join me at: ZorkFest!

Not only will this be a fun weekend filled with mingling and socializing with like-minded travelers, ZorkFest is a one-day conference featuring travel and casino loyalty sessions. With all of the crossover rewards within hotel and casino loyalty programs, this can be a fun and unique opportunity to blend the two worlds together.

The program runs from approximately 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday, December 2. Sessions are 45 minutes each, and you can mix & match whatever sessions interest you. Each 45-minute time slot will offer two sessions: one on maximizing value in a casino, and one session dedicated to travel and rewards.

Personally, I’m most interested in learning how I can optimize my casino rating (while simultaneously getting my gambling fix on), for more comps and freebies in the future.

Event Registration

Registration for ZorkFest is now open. The ticket price $150 for the full day (lunch is included). The conference also includes a welcome reception (beer & wine) the evening before on December 1 from 6:00pm until 7:30pm.

Room Rate Info

There is a Bally’s special room rate that’ll book into one of the newly-renovated Jubilee rooms of $99++ Friday and $179++ Saturday, and $59++ on Sunday, if you choose to stay another night. There is also The Claridge Saturday night room rate of $99++ for those who prefer to save and stay in a non-casino environment (all prices are ++ taxes/fees/resort fees).

Rooms must be booked BEFORE November 15th, 2017 to receive the ZorkFest special rate. Here’s how you can make a reservation:

Post Event

After ZorkFest, there is the Everything Atlantic City (EAC) Holiday Social Meet with drinks for the EAC Facebook group. This is a free event on Saturday evening, December 2nd.
Everyone is welcome to attend, but you will have to RSVP on the EAC Facebook page in November before the event. There are other social and gambling activities that will take place, and people are welcome to be involved in any of those, too.

Bottom Line

I really hope I can see some familiar and new faces during a fun weekend in Atlantic City! We’ve tossed the idea about an AC meet up for a while, and now is the time ;).
