Spend $10 at Dunkin Donuts, Get $5 American Express Credit

Another reason why I love Amex! This is a no-brainer:

Under the “My Offers” section of the American Express App for iPhone and iPod touch, you can get a $5 statement credit when you make a purchase of $10 or more at Dunkin’ Donuts (or Baskin Robbins) from now until June 15. To be eligible, you must sync an eligible American Express card with the offer on the app before making the purchase. Based on my experience with these kinds of American Express promotions, statement credits are generally issued within three to five business days, but may take up to two billing cycles to appear.

Though you can manage multiple American Express cards on the app, it looks like you can only sync one card per offer. Since most Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins are partners and operate in the same establishment, I don’t see it being a problem using both American Express cards at the same location to buy gift cards. I’ll report back once I make the purchases.
