Yesterday, I was almost tempted to line up and book my stays for all 3 of Club Carlson’s promotions (Radisson’s Big Night Giveaway, Country Inn’s SOGO, and Park Inn’s One Plus One), but I decided to wait for the next coupon code to come out to bring down the rate.
Good thing I waited, I woke up to an email from Radisson with a 30% off code (30PCTOFF) that is valid at select Radisson, Country Inn & Suites, and Park Inn properties during select dates during the promotional period. Coupon code is valid until June 12, 2012.

So far I booked myself a room at the Radisson Hotel Newark-Carteret, about 30 minutes away for the rate of $78.80 before tax.
What great rates have you found near you?
I just booked $54 at the Park Inn in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. Quite proud of myself. Other hotels that I have existing reservations have the 30% off rate beyond the July 15th cut off date for the bonus miles. You need to look closely at the dates.

@Jane: Great find! Too bad there are not any Park Inn locations nearby me :( Yes, definitely pay attention to the dates – there’s only a handful that fall in the promotional period.
@AJM: Hmmm that’s weird, but good eye! This is what It says in the email: Save 30% on your stay when you book select hotels at radisson.com, countryinns.com, parkinn.com or parkplaza.com by June 12, 2012, and stay during specific dates between June 22 and September 1, 2012.
I guess play it safe and book by today, but I’m sure it’ll be available until June 12!
I got the Radisson and Country Inns emails but not the Park Inn email, thanks for posting yours as I still need to complete my Park Inn stay.
The ’30PCTOFF’ promotion code does not seem to work with the Country Inn and Suites. It did work for the Radisson hotels.
Anyone have any luck with Country Inn?
I just booked a Country Inn reservation moments ago using the promotion and it went through fine. Make sure that you select a participating property and during the restricted dates.
Hmmm, I just checked a property I stacked out last week and they seemed to have raised prices right before having this sale.
Previous price = $74 per night
New price with 30% discount = $88
I guess I should have booked last week. :-(

Country Inns around Phoenix are available for $52++ in the 4th of July week.
Any problem getting points (either from the paid stay or the bonus) to post as a result of using these rates? Everyone I’ve known has gotten their points almost instantly, if not several days prior to their stay, yet we haven’t seen a single point come in.
@InACents: All of my stays were booked with the coupons and the points posted in a few days. Usually the points post based on the schedule of the hotel itself reporting the stay. I’d call the hotel you stayed at and check with them. Then call Club Carlson and see what’s up. Let me know how it goes!
