Man, it’s so easy to get distracted online these days, and what surprises me even more is how easily entertained I apparently am. While browsing Facebook today, I came across a somewhat intriguing post in my newsfeed.
It involved a game where you can win miles. The little kid in my loves games, and who doesn’t love free miles?! Unfortunately, my game skills are subpar because I was not a winner at all today. :(
What I’m talking about is Flying Blue’s (KLM) “Find Mr. Miles” game. All things aside, let me first say that I am throughly impressed with the amount of time and effort (and money) the design team put into creating this limited-time game. You’ll see what I mean when you play it.
The Game:Â
From June 17 until June 26, you can take a guess where Mr. Miles is at the moment (it’s not easy – all 4 of my guesses were incorrect). You can earn more guesses by inviting friends or by “liking” the page on Facebook. If you guess correctly, then you will be eligible for a prize.

Need clues? Follow Mr. Miles on Twitter. He’s not too generous with the hints though.
Anyone find him today? If so, post the correct answer. If you’re not on the right path to his location, also post the places that are incorrect. I’ll start by saying that he’s not at the Taj.

Tried Australia due to crocodiles since a clue stated “If these locals shed a tear, I know from experience you mustn’t believe them”, but it said he wasn’t there.
I especially like how they put up the Brandenburg Gate as the image for Munich.
You don’t need to write where he is or not is, he changes his position random every x Minutes.
YAY! i like this game too, but it almost seems impossible. Just created my first twitter account, this seemed a good reason to create one ;) Anyway, you were right, he is not very generous with the hints. Goodluck everybody, ive tried Amsterdam a few minutes ago, not there either.

I thought the nose clue referred to the sphinx which has no nose but he’s not there.
