This season there are two locations (luckily one is in my neck of the woods) – The Mall at Short Hills in NJ and The Westfield San Francisco Centre.
Take a break from your holiday shopping at the Chase United VIP Lounge. Our exclusive Chase United Cardmember lounge opens just in time to pamper tired holiday shoppers. Join us and relax at the VIP Lounge, located in The Mall at Short Hills and The Westfield San Francisco Centre.
Complimentary amenities include: Refreshments, flat screen TVs, café seating, Wi-Fi, gift wrapping, and bag and coat check.
For entry, please present your valid Chase United Credit Card and a valid ID. Each Cardmember may bring up to three guests.
There are weekly events at each location; my person favorite is this one:
Toys for Tots Tuesdays*
Cardmembers may bring a new, unwrapped toy in its original packaging, on the following Tuesdays, December 3rd, December 10th and December 17th and you will receive one United ClubSMÂ pass. Bring two toys and receive two United ClubSMÂ passes.

Interesting. I’ve never heard of these lounges before. I have the United Explorer card and haven’t used it much this year, so I’d love to get more value out of it, but the NJ location is too far from me, since I live in NYC and don’t own a car. Do you know if Chase is planning on opening any other locations? Let us know how it goes!

I live about 45 mins from the NJ one and it’s actually only about 15 mins from where I go to school. Will have to check it out.
I am about 30 minutes from the Shorthills mall in NJ. The most value to me is the toys for tots/lounge pass thing. I donate toys at Christmas time anyway, so now I know where I will be taking 6 gifts for six United Club passes. That’ll make the pain of losing United Club access via the Amex Platinum card more bearable, and most importantly, a bunch of happy kids on Christmas :-)
The Westfield lounge in San Francisco is terrific(except always out of hot chocolate) and have used 3 times already while downtown. Relaxing and even watched UNC beat Michigan State) on the tv one evening…nice addition for cardholders in downtown S F . Keep it going after the Holidays.
