But if you use a coupon code at TCB it says that you will forfeit cash back. In your experience have they done this?
They explicitly say this in BigCrumbs, not sure about TCB.

@William, try logging in to your Amex Account and then it will pop up as an option on the shipping drop down box. Took me awhile to figure it out too!
