Yes, the holidays have officially graced us… and we know that because it’s time for the return of the Chase VIP mall lounges, exclusively for Chase United cardholders. This season there are two locations (luckily one is in my neck of the woods) – The Mall at Short Hills in NJ and The Westfield San Francisco Centre. The lounges are open starting 11/27 – 12/24 from 11:00 am until mall closing.
Take a break from your holiday shopping at the Chase United VIP Lounge. Our exclusive Chase United Cardmember lounge opens just in time to pamper tired holiday shoppers. Join us and relax at the VIP Lounge, located in The Mall at Short Hills and The Westfield San Francisco Centre.
Complimentary amenities include: Refreshments, flat screen TVs, café seating, Wi-Fi, gift wrapping, and bag and coat check.
For entry, please present your valid Chase United Credit Card and a valid ID. Each Cardmember may bring up to three guests.
There are weekly events at each location (including Visa Checkout Mondays and MileagePlusX Wednesdays); my personal favorite is this one:
Toys for Tots Tuesdays*
Cardmembers may bring a new, unwrapped toy (minimum $15 retail value) in its original packaging, on the following Tuesdays: December 1st, December 8th and December 15th and you will receive one United ClubSMÂ pass. Bring two toys and receive two United ClubSMÂ passes.

I’d love to meet up. I think that’s a great reason to go up to short hills, i. Not sure where the other mall is, but I could imagine buying 4 gifts and hitting 2 malls in a day. I still don’t have the club card, so it’s def worth it. I wonder of they track how many you get.

I just called the Short Hills, NJ mall yesterday and they told me there would be no United Lounge this year…and that it was United’s decision.
Would you happen to know anything about this?
I think it is awful that they don’t have it…when will United’s cost cutting end! :(

Id def go to at least one of those. I don’t have the Club card yet. And fly United way more than I accumulate passes. I’m always asking for passes from my mother. Thanks!
