Hyatt Introduces New Military Rate

October 26, 2018 by Angelina Aucello 2 Comments

Starting today, Hyatt is introducing the Veteran and Military Rate at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in the U.S.to individuals (and their immediate family members) who have served or are currently serving (in good standing) in any official government-sponsored branch of the United States armed services.

The Veteran / Military rate will discount standard rates between 10% and 15% when booked directly with Hyatt using offer code MILVET. This rate is eligible for earning World of Hyatt points. All individuals using this rate must present a valid U.S. Veteran/ Military ID or other documented proof of military service upon check-in. This discount is non-transferrable (other than to immediate family members), and is valid for up to 2 guest rooms per stay.

Playing around with rates on Hyatt.com, I saw a 15% discount on an upcoming night at the Hyatt Centric South Beach. The standard rate is listed as $159, while the MILVET rate is offered at $136.

Bottom Line

Members of the U.S. military make a huge sacrifice to serve and protect our country. Its nice to see that Hyatt has strengthen its benefits around the U.S. military community by introducing a new U.S. veteran and military rate.

Hopefully some readers can benefit from this savings, and thanks so much for your continued service.
