Hyatt’s New and Generous Promotion – Earn Up to 1,500 Bonus Points Per Night

February 15, 2019 by Angelina Aucello 3 Comments

In light of Hyatt’s recent award chart changes, Hyatt is introducing a generous promotion for stays now until May 15, 2019. Beginning today, February 15, World of Hyatt members can earn up to 1,500 Bonus Points per qualifying night starting with their second eligible stay during the promotion, through May 15.

You must first register for the promotion from February 15 through March 31, 2019.

Here’s how the promotion works:

  • Earn 1,000 Bonus Points per night at Hyatt properties (participating M life destinations and 100+ participating Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties are included).
  • Earn an additional 500 Bonus Points per night at Hyatt Place or Hyatt House properties
  • The promotion is capped at a maximum of 50 nights during the promotion period.
  • Free night awards and award stays will also trigger the bonus points

The bonus points are on top of the 5x base points you’d already earn on Hyatt stays just for being a World of Hyatt member and 4x points you’d earn when you use the World of Hyatt Credit Card.

Bottom Line

I this is a pretty generous promotion as I value 1,000 and 1,500 Hyatt points at ~$20 and ~$30, respectively. Hyatt free nights start at just 5,000 points per night, so the bonus points can really add up quickly!
