Yay, I woke up to some great news! Thanks to Brian, The Points Guy, for letting us know that Southwest Airlines will soon be a partner in the Chase Ultimate Rewards program. Chase Ultimate Rewards points will transfer 1:1 to Southwest beginning January 5, 2012. I have yet to fly Southwest, but nevertheless this is exciting news because Southwest has excellent award redemption options for domestic flights, and they also fly directly out of Newark, NJ- my home airport.
Now as we celebrate the integration of Southwest into the Chase Ultimate Rewards program, why not pregame with some free points?
