500 Free Le Club Accor Points – Week 4 Cheat Sheet

November 5, 2012 by Angelina Aucello 3 Comments

Jeez, first Hurricane Sandy leaves me in the dark for a week (poor Mom and Dad are STILL without power; fortunately, mine was restored over the weekend), and yesterday my precious MacBook Air was stolen. Hopefully the rest of the week runs smoothly, and that I can safely be on my way to LAX without much interruption from this Nor’Easter coming our way on Wednesday. Anyway, $1282 later, I find myself in the Cherry Hill Apple Store on this lovely frigid evening bringing you an update to the blog! Yay. :)

By now we all know that with Accor’s new Discovery Tour Facebook game, you could earn 500 points for correctly pairing their hotels with their respective place on the interactive world map each week. So far we’ve had a chance to earn 1,500 during these past 3 weeks. Sadly all fun things must come to an end, and the last and final map, Week 4, is now up and running (a big thanks to reader Peter for letting me know!). Either I am getting really good at geography or smarter [probably a combination of the two, of course], but I found this series to be the easiest out of the four. These points are a quick and easy gateway to free points that can be later converted into airline miles or used towards money off your next stay.

Here’s the cheat sheet:

Thanks again and I enjoyed the little weekly game. Brought back memories of an even more elaborate mystery game that Priority Club Rewards ran, I think two years ago… “layers” and/or items of a landscape photograph were gradually added each day and I think there was some cryptic riddle as well. You had to guess what hotel and location it was – the earlier in the week you guessed correctly, the more points you won. Scored pretty big and learned some geography too!
