One of my favorite things about the points and miles community is actually talking about travel face-to-face during a social gathering. What started as an idea for a casual, intimate meet-up with a just a handful of people, has now become a rather large event with over 90 people expected to attend; I couldn’t be more excited!
Soo… If you’re in the NYC area and can spare a few hours for a good time on Thursday, April 11, here are the details:
When: Thursday, April 11th from 7pm-10pm
Where: THE LCL: Bar & Kitchen @ The Westin New York Grand Central, 212 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017 (btwn 2nd and 3rd)
Who: The event started as a Point Me to the Plane reader meet-up but we are very excited to have Deals We Like, Just Another Points Traveler, modhop, Rapid Travel Chai, and The Wandering Aramean all tentatively attending as well! Jason from Food, Wine, and Miles on Frist2Board and Fozz on uptime! will also be in attendance.
