Hi Phil, I am giving Drop the benefit of the doubt after yesterday’s email exchange that I felt was transparent instead of the canned and unhelpful support messages that we’ve all been getting. I am hoping they will resolve and issue the rewards rightfully due to the users by the end of the week and if not, I’m removing all reference to the platform from my blog and deleting the app entirely.
